Change in Management at the Driescher Group

Frank Hegenbart, Managing Director for Production at the Driescher Group, is leaving the company with immediate effect by mutual agreement. This decision was made by the advisory board of the Driescher Group.

We would like to thank Mr. Hegenbart for his dedication and contributions as part of the management team. Together with his colleague Thomas Lehner, he successfully guided the Driescher Group through the transition from a family-owned business to a portfolio company of IK Partners.

Mr. Hegenbart’s departure is in no way related to the company’s business development or performance. The Driescher Group remains a financially strong and resilient company with excellent prospects.

New Head of Production: Vilmos Polgar

The advisory board has already arranged for his successor: Mr. Vilmos Polgar will immediately take over responsibility for the production division. Mr. Polgar brings with him more than 25 years of experience in both operational and strategic leadership roles. He has extensive technical expertise in production, productivity improvement, and capacity expansion — combined with a strong hands-on mentality.

In recent years, Mr. Polgar has worked in control cabinet manufacturing, including at Rittal, where he made valuable contributions particularly in the production area. You will have the opportunity to meet Mr. Polgar in person next week.

The advisory board is pleased to have gained an experienced and assertive manager in Mr. Polgar. Together with him and all employees, we will pursue our ambitious goals to increase productivity and capacity in a focused and efficient manner.
